Sheri Sells Houses is a division of OceanSpark Investing, Inc., a real estate solutions company based out of Edgewater. We are a family owned business with the focus on helping people become homeowners, regardless of their circumstance, through our rent-to-own program.

Sheri and Jerry both enjoy spending time outdoors riding motorcycles, camping, and exploring new sites. We are very involved in the lives of our five children whose careers range from heavy duty diesel mechanic, an enlisted Army soldier, a quality improvement specialist, and avid horseback rider, and patient care specialist. We also help care for our three young grandchildren who definitely keep us moving.

While Jerry and Sheri have both undergone extensive training in real estate investing, they each bring their own uniqueness and experience. Jerry possesses over 35 years of knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas to include mechanics and construction. He is well versed in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping. Sheri is a graduate of Anne Arundel Community College and University of Phoenix. She has dedicated her life to helping others in her nursing profession and strives to help people find relief of their real estate burdens. Her compassion for helping others is evident in the care she takes to ensure the job is done right. With their integrity and trustworthiness, rest assured that you will be taken care of.
